Gen Alpha Is Here. Is Your Ministry Ready For Them?
REACH THEM. DISCIPLE THEM. DEVELOP THEM. RELEASE THEM.
The next generation isn’t coming. They’re already here.
Join pastors, NEXT GEN Leaders, ministry leaders, youth leaders,
,educators, Student Leaders (High school/college), and emerging leaders for one powerful morning of practical training designed to help you RETHINK how you reach, disciple, develop, and release the next generation.
The Church Cannot Reach A New Generation With Outdated Methods.
Gen Alpha has grown up in a world of smartphones, social media, AI, and constant content. The generation after them Gen Beta, is already being born into an even faster, more digital world.
If we keep trying to reach them exactly how we were reached, we will lose them.
Not because the Gospel has lost its power, but because our methods have lost their connection.
That’s Why City Stops Exists.
One Morning. A New Mindset. A Practical Plan.
City Stops is not another event where you leave inspired but unchanged.
This is a hands-on leadership intensive for leaders who are serious about engaging the next generation. Not someday, but right now.
You’ll Learn How To
REACH Them
Cut through the noise and connect with Gen Alpha where they actually are
DISCIPLE Them
Build real faith in a generation distracted by everything.
DEVELOP Them
Raise up young leaders, not just youth group attendees
RELEASE Them
Equip them to lead, create, and make an impact now, not later
